Operating some of the most sophisticated Laser Cutting machinery Holland Plastics has the capacity to cut steel, plastics and timber (MDF, ply). We can offer very competitive prices with a superb turn around with our Laser Cutting service.

Our Laser Cutting service allows us to cut a wide spectrum of materials such as:

stainless steel
mild steel
bizalloy titanium
Chromalloy
aluminum and of course most Plastics

Our machines are CNC controlled so accuracy can be maintained within close tolerances. Through the latest and most up to date CAD software, and Nesting programs we can ensure that you utilize all the sheet material with minimum waste.

We can also help with your design needs if required or can simply cut to ANY of your vectored file formats you provide. Note JPEG and Bitmap files can only be used for our quoting process. Then we require a vectored file, such as eps, ai, cdr, dwg, dxf and pdf to name a few.

NOTE: Steel laser cutting require dwg, dxf and or igs format created in actual engineering CAD software programs.

Text from steel requires the font type.

Plastics up to 30 mm
Timber (MDF/ ply) up to 25 mm
Stainless Steel 6mm clean (Nitrogen) cut or up to 10 mm rough cut.
Mild Steel up to 12 mm
Chromalloy up to 12 mm
Titanium up to 3 mm
Bizalloy up to 8 mm
Aluminium up to 4 mm

Our laser machines' cutting bed capacities allows us to cut up to 1500 mm X 3000mm, but have cut sign faces from Stainless Steel up to 6.5 meters using creativity!

Setup costs are applied to each job order.
