Cutting Capacities & Bed Size
Maximum bed size: 1500mm × 3000mm We have cut sign faces from stainless steel up to 6.5 metres using creative nesting and joining techniques. Plastics: up to 30mm thick Timber: up to 25mm thick Stainless Steel: 6mm clean cut (nitrogen), 10mm rough cut Mild Steel & Chromalloy: up to 12mm Aluminium: up to 4mm Titanium: up to 3mm
Common Use Cases
File Formats & Design Support
We accept all standard vector file formats including DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, SVG, and IGS. If you don't have vector artwork, our in-house design team can convert your concept into production-ready files. Note that JPEG and bitmap images can only be used for quoting purposes — vector files are required for cutting.
Steel laser cutting requires engineering CAD formats (DWG, DXF, or IGS). If you only have PDF drawings, we can redraw them for a small additional fee.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days from approved artwork Express service: 1–2 business days (subject to availability) Large production runs: quoted individually based on volume and complexity We keep a comprehensive range of acrylic, polycarbonate, MDF, and steel sheet in stock, so most jobs can start immediately without material lead times.
