Materials We Work With
We fabricate across the full range of thermoplastic materials, maintaining comprehensive stock at our Gold Coast warehouse so most jobs can start without material lead times. Acrylic (Perspex) in clear, coloured, opal, frosted and mirror. Polycarbonate (Lexan) in clear and solid colours. HDPE in food-grade and industrial. PVC and foamed PVC for chemical-resistant fabrication. Polypropylene for lightweight, chemical-resistant work. ABS for impact-resistant thermoforming. HIPS for cost-effective signage. Nylon, acetal, UHMWPE and PTFE for machined engineering components. ACM for signage and cladding.
